Read for Rewards
A child photographs a few pages of a real book. The phone reads them, asks questions about what happened, and pays out points. A grown-up decides what the points can buy.
How it works
Scan a few pages. The phone reads the words, thinks up questions about what happened, and marks the answers. Two points for a right answer first time, one if they go back to the book and find it. The points buy whatever a grown-up has put on the list — an hour on the console, choosing dinner, a trip to the park.
Reading the pages and writing the questions both happen on the phone itself, so it works with no internet at all. What your child reads and how they answer stays there.
What you need
An iPhone 15 Pro or newer running iOS 26, with Apple Intelligence switched on. The questions are written by the phone's own model, and that is the hardware it needs.
What it costs
Fifty pages free, then one payment that unlocks the app for every reader in the house. No subscription, nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
Support
Something not working, or a question about how it behaves? Write to support@appspeople.com.au and a person will read it.
It helps to say which iPhone you have, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
